1 General Terms

3 Account Registration & Verification
3.1 Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when opening an account. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
The ac71 platform follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to prevent fraud and money laundering. You may be required to provide the following documents:
- A clear copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
- Recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used.
3.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount at ac71 is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and KYC verification must be completed.
4.3 General Rules
- Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are not permitted.
- In the case of suspicious transactions, ac71 may temporarily suspend a withdrawal for investigation.
- Bank transfers may take slightly longer, depending on the bank's own processing time.
5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn an additional ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has its own specific terms, which are stated on the offer page.
- All wagering must be completed before withdrawing funds received as a bonus.
- ac71 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
- Taking advantage of bonuses using multiple accounts or devices is prohibited.
- ac71 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Results
All games on ac71 are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are completely unbiased and fair play is guaranteed.
6.2 Bet Cancellation
A confirmed bet generally cannot be cancelled. However, if a bet is affected by a technical error, ac71 reserves the right to review it.
6.3 Prohibited Activities
- Placing bets using any software, bot, or automated method.
- Exploiting bonuses by placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting).
- Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Colluding with other players.
7 Account Closure & Termination
7.1 Your Rights
You may close your ac71 account at any time by notifying the support team. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closure.
7.2 ac71's Rights
ac71 may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account under the following circumstances:
- If the account was registered using false or incomplete information.
- If any clause of these terms is violated.
- If there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- If multiple accounts are operated.
- If an ineligible person (such as someone under 21 years of age) is found to be operating the account.
